Sky 50% voucher

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can help me, sorry I am new to the MSE forums.

I redeemed a voucher for 50% off SKY through MSE, the deal came out on 06/02/2013 but I recently found out that despite me setting it all up properly and going through the company who offered the voucher, it was not applied and has not been for the last year!

As you can imagine it has cost me an extra £40 a month for the past year so I want to get this sorted, I called SKY who advised I need to give them more details other than just saying I got a voucher...which is painful.

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problems? Or if anyone can remember or has written down the third party company that you had to call to 'activate' and set the voucher up through?
