Appeal Letter - To cover all claims

It crossed my mind that a generic appeal letter could be created that covered nearly all ppc claims. The letter would be made up of bullet point requests for information such as..... Please present a breakdown of your pre-estimate of loss, please supply a copy of your full contract with the landowner. Etc etc etc.
With a comprehensive list of requests and statements, all the driver or registered keeper has to do is to print out the letter and tick box the relevant parts and send it off. if all bullet points are numbered then if someone asks a question, you can advise them which numbers to tick.
The pic'sare quite happy to use 90% generic letters. Maybe this would be a good idea on here too.
Interested in feedback on this.

Appealing parking charges is a two stage process in any case, informal appeal to the PPC who then issues a POPLA code for second stage.
There are many different factors to consider when writing a first appeal as parking companies are different (various signage plays a part) with paid parking and free parking, together with individual circumstances such as the Equality Act or parking in their designated parking space. .
Parking companies can also obtain keeper details under the POFA but can do so on a dual basis, those that follow the requirements of POFA and those who still require the driver to be pursued. Timing of receiving the PCN and NtK also varies depending on windscreen PCNs or if ANPR is used.
There a range of suitable first appeal letters that are used for varying circumstances in the Newbie thread and by searching the forum.
With regards to the information you state - that is more the requirement for invoking the second stage of the Appeals process POPLA. In fact some who have tried that at first stage receive a load of waffle back and no POPLA code.
I trust this answers the points raised.0
