Creating a WiFi hotspot

Is it possible to have a laptop hooked up to a mobile dongle, and connect a tablet wirelessly to it, as I may go camping and my son will use a laptop, and I will use a Nexus.

I've never used one so I can't comment on their efficiency, but if you read the reviews on this product it should give some idea of whether it fits your needs.

Alternatively you could move your sim into a mi-fi device and thus cut your laptop out of the equasion
