Hi
I had an IVA about 7 years ago which was all completed and settled.
However, the company I work for wants to take out a company credit card for me in one of the banks I defaulted on.
Do you think this would be a problem?
The bank in question was HSBC.
thanks all

If your employer wants to take out a card and make you a named cardholder, then there will probably not be an issue
If the credit card agreement is to be in your name, then the employer will not be able to take it out for you.0 -
Yeah it will probably be a chargecard in the name of the business0
