SO FREAKING LOUD
My Dyson cleaner is noisier than my kids, 20 minutes and I have ringing in my ears, anyone else have this problem?

Have you given it a good clean? - ideas = blocked pipe so the motor is straining, bits of string wrapped around the roller that brushes the floor straining that bit, bits of dirt spin around inside mine and that is noisy until I take it out or it gets stuck in more dirt, are all the filters in - mine has a filter after the motor that I assume blocks out a lot of noise.0

No such model that I know of, they're always prefixed 'DC', followed by a number.
Be more specfiic. Upright or floor standing?
Some of the older uprights (DC07 I recall) used to make a 'howling' noise caused by air passing one of the motor seals, if poorly reassembled.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
