Hi there
New to this so if I should have done it a different way I apologise, I have seen previous posts and taken advice to ignore.
Then saw rules have changed, had first letter saying car was parked in a disabled bay, the car in question is in my name but belongs to my father in law, he live out the country and does not recall seeing a ticket on the car or parking in a disabled bay, I know for a fact I was not driving as the day in question I was at work, I did send a letter to reply to the 1st letter I received from PCN I think, explaining the situation and asking for a picture so I could double check what they were saying, I never had a reply from this letter, just another asking for the fine, now I have 2nd letter from Zenith Collections saying if not paid will take to court! Please some advice would be nice. Many thanks SupaDaz.
Maybe should have said it was in Asda!

worth searching for Zenith on the forum as well.
Incidentally in the contact you initially made to them did you name your father as driver and give a serviceable address?
You could always still do that and as he lives outside of the UK there's not much they can do except send him threatograms such as the ones you are receiving. If he's happy just to ignore them that that could be an option.0 -
I bet it didn't say that. I bet it said may or recommend or suggest, or some other similarly-woolly word.

Hi there, your right does not say 'will' it says, Please be aware that if payment is not received this matter will be passed to our legal department with the recommendation that legal proceedings are commenced to recover this amount.
After reading all the links/threads etc I think i shall just ignore and wait to see what happens if i do eventually get court papers, i will just reitirate what i told them in the first place.

@SuperDaz - which PPC is this as some are more litigous than others.
Naming your father is an option to consider.
Do not ignore any court claim or solicitor's letter acting in the name of the PPC or the landowner and bare in mind that they have six years to raise this.
Have you complained to the retailer/landowner regarding this to get this cancelled again links in the Newbie thread and Successful complaints thread - this is one sure way to get the parking charge cancelled.0
