End listing early to sell as a set

I'm selling a set of six decorative plates individually at present on auction each with a different pattern. Now someone has asked if I will sell as a set for a discount.
If I go ahead with this what is the best way as I want to make sure I cover myself by doing it the right way.
I've done a search and seen responses to ending listings early but not where it would be ending six listings to sell as a set.

You might be better off doing a new listing as buy it now and asking them to buy that then ending all the other listings once they do buy. At least then if they change their mind and don't buy (which people often do) then you only lose the money for the fixed price listing and have the others still live to sell the items.0

Have you got your postage side covered and are you confident with your wrapping and boxing? Many couriers do not insure breakables so be careful.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for the suggestions. I must admit I listed them individually as they are quite heavy and I felt happier protecting them individually rather than as a set.
If they don't go when I come to relist is there a way to list them as a set at one price and as individual plates at another, or would that not be allowed on one listing?0 -

Unfortunately there is no way of doing that as however you do it you run the risk of selling the same plate twice.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
