Newlyn debt recovery

We've received a PCN in March 13 from peel centre, Stockport. I went in to KFC for 34 mins. I was not a keeper. The car belong to the company that I work for. I ignored all the letters. Now I'm panicking as I received a letter from Newlyn saying that they have been instructed by excel parking to recover the outstanding charge of £166. What should I do. Please help!

Your course is set now, either ignore or pay. Newlyns are powerless scumbag lying debt collectors, I would be inclined to ignore them now that they are writing to you directly. If you get a notice before claim come back here
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    1. Read the sticky threads, better late than never. The threads DO cover debt collector stage if people have missed the 2013 advice and strangely ignored a fake PCN.

    2. Search the forum for 'Excel' or 'Peel' or 'Newlyn' and you'll know why we haven't responded much. Already covered every day, all week, every month...(yawn).

    3. Don't ignore fake PCNs again, We haven't advised it for a year.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
