Hi bit of a long shot but wondering if anybody may shed some light for me.
I was made redundant at 3months pregnant back in august 2013 and feel i was discriminated against due to pregnancy. I took advice from a solicitor and contacted a employment tribunal.
The tribunal got in touch with me two weeks ago to say they accept the case and next step was contact my employer and will give them 28days to respond.
I have spoken to one of my old colleagues today and she has just informed me the company's gone into administration and they all been asked to leave today.
im not sure where this leaves me and also I feel this could be a result of receiving the letter from the tribunal.
What are peoples thoughts?

It is highly unlikely that your letter caused the liquidation. Just because you are pregnant does not mean they cannot make you redundant, it just means that they have to take more care. If they believed they were right at the time then they would resist the ET1 and make a formal response in the ET3.
Also if they are in Administration there is still a possibility that a buyer may be found and the business may carry on.:jI am an Employment Law Paralegal and an experienced Human Resources Manager and offer my guidance as simply that ... guidance :j0
