Household bank - requesting documentation

Hi folks,
I've successfully reclaimed against two vintage (Well, 1999 or so) HFC (Household bank, now owned by HSBC) accounts.
I've still got two more accounts outstanding, for which my claim is on hold pending some further documentation they have requested from me.
The information they have requested is; MPI - all available evidence of PPI paid, and SPI - evidence of final payment and date.
Now, I don't have this info, but I do have the original loan agreement docs, both of which outline the PPI (either total amount repayable over the loan, or the rate of payments e.g. 0.5%). I also have a couple of statements which details specific PPI repayments as well.
I will be sending all of this info off to them, but realise it doesn't strictly address their request for info. I really wanted to see how anyone else who has been in a similar situation has found the process - were they receptive of this alternate evidence? Any suggestions for wording my response letter to them? Currently, this says what I've outlined above - these are all the docs I have, I trust they are sufficient.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or advice :-)

You'll need comprehensive documentary evidence of payments made. Your "alternate" evidence will not be enough.0

We had a loan including ppi from hfc in 1999, still had the agreements However they wanted proof of payment, so we ordered corresponding statements from our local bank and sent hfc the first, middle and final ones showing the loan direct debits from start to finish. This was sufficient evidence for redress.0
