Hurricane - Sheltered garden but obviously if PROPER hurricane struck I would have other things to worry about over the flowers!
Heavy Rain - not so much of an issue, I have "plant umbrellas" that my mother gave me. I can always plant them in pots but I have very good drainage.
lack of sun - always a risk but I don't see it being too much of an issue, my garden gets sun all day and my flowers generally do okay in mediocre weather
insect attack - I will attack the insects with everything I have.
Like I said, I have enough in my budget just in case this goes wrong and I need to buy the flowers wholesale. If I can pull this off it will be lovely, if I can't well I'm sure I will have flowers the year after!
A sunny spell or a cold spell can advance or retard flowering in bulbs by up to six weeks so you need to be prepared for this. I would contact your wholesaler sooner rather than later to ensure you get the quality and colours you require0 -
Then I would say as you are so confident that you can do it go for it, good luck and I hope that the day goes well.0
