ServiceMaster Clean Terms and Conditions
The prize consists of a full house carpet and upholstery clean provided by ServiceMaster Clean. This comprises carpet, curtains and upholstery cleaning up to the value of £600 (including VAT) to be carried out by ServiceMaster Clean professionals. All rooms to be clear of furniture prior to carpet clean. ServiceMaster Clean will supply all cleaning materials required and are fully insured and guaranteed. The "Etoile" Chair(courtesy of Collins and Hayes and worth over £1,000) will be delivered directly and not necessarily on the same day as the clean. The 'Etoile' Chair will be a cotton/linen mix fabric, Ocean colour. No alternative colours or fabrics are available. The prize winner must be present to accept delivery of the chair (at a time and date previously agreed by the prize winner with Collins and Hayes).
The prize value is estimated at £1,600 (including VAT) but no cash alternatives are available (unless the prize winner is not located within a catchment area of a ServiceMaster Clean business. If a prize winner is not located within a catchment area of a ServiceMaster Clean, a cash equivalent of the prize value (inclusive of VAT) may be offered to the winner to enable the prize.
The competition is open to UK residents only, excluding ServiceMaster Clean employees and members of their immediate family and anyone else connected to the competition and/or their immediate family members.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
ServiceMaster Clean does not accept responsibility for illegible entries or entries with incomplete contact details.
All entries must be received by 5pm on 28th February 2014 to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
The prize winner will be notified by telephone with written confirmation of their win soon after.
The prize winner also agrees to ServiceMaster Clean publicising their win on the ServiceMaster Clean website, Facebook and Twitter pages and also via local press. To this end, we will require a photo of the winner receiving their prize. Entrants to the survey, hereby agree to these terms.
Entrants into this survey and prize draw hereby grant permission for their personal details to be shared with other Servicemaster Ltd businesses for the purposes of other offers that may be of interest.
No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, and incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
ServiceMaster Clean reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
