Evening

So on 13.12 I had a WEM from Annoushkas advent saying I'd won the QMS skincare prize. It asked for my address which I emailed back same day. I've since heard nothing and not received anything. I emailed Monday politely saying when could I expect it etc and nothing back.

I'm new (ish) to comping and just wondered did anyone else win with this company and had they got their prize or what sort of length of time I should expect to wait?
