I wouldn't get into conversation with them, it makes it harder to ask them to spot or that it's harrassing you, either send the letter or put the phone down.
  • I would tell them in no uncertain terms that continuing to contact you will be treated as harassment. Who on earth does she think she is? Might also be worth making a direct complaint to her manager.

Under no circumstance should you give her the information.

I have been on the WP for a 10 months, have a really nasty adviser, she is very bossy etc. anyways I have now found myself employment, without the WP help. My adviser knows i am now in work, as she called and my mum told her. She keep trying to get as much info as possible about my work from my mum, but my mum would not let here know all the details etc
However my adviser keeps calling my home line wanting to know where I work etc, all the details etc. Its very annoying as she said she would have to keep calling till she had that info to fill out her forms to take me off her database. However why should I let her know these details so she can claim commission from me when she was very unhelpful and found the job without her help.
my question do I need to give her all this info and will she ever go away :rotfl:

Nonsense! Just a means to an end for the provider to make some money out of you for nil effort and despite you're apparently telling them you do not wish to divulge information about your employment.

If I were in your boots, I'd tell them to FO and never phone again. No doubt the adviser, admittedly a tiny cog in a much bigger machine has targets of some kind to hit. But still, it is a form of harassment.

Have they got your works number? I have read some horror stories about ex WP clients having their current jobs threatened by advisers constantly phoning their new workplace. When I was on the WP last year, I was given a document to sign asking if I did NOT wish the provider to contact me after my time on the WP had finished. I signed happily.

No they have no work numbers for me, only my home phone.
If she continues to call me I will complain. Just wanted to make sure I did not have to give her the info.

    Thanks Again

Your mum should say 'call here again and I am reporting you to the police and the TPS'
