Hi all, I'm after some advice on an issue regarding a new Gas condensing boiler that was fitted on 30th July 2013, by My Fusion Heating, I have just tried to contact the company that I went through as I have a problem with the diverter valve as when the hot water is on the radiators get a little hot, they have phoned me back and said its a chargeable repair
1 is this correct
2 is the government aware that this is going on
3 they will not send an e-mail about me that they have stating "data protection"

Was the diverter valve part of the installation, or was this a boiler upgrade only.
If its the later, then you are not covered and its chargeable.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
