HELP! I get "support has encountered a problem" message at start up on Dell PC

I've had the problem for a while now, the computer displays the message on start up and I close the box and everything appears normal, so I havn't really bothered about it but how do I stop the message popping up? The message says "Support has encountered a problem and needs to close"
