First National dont exist now, some of the company is owned by GE Money other parts are owned by Santander. Also most of their loans or mortgages were sold through intermediaries, is so you complain to them.0

I went through GE money, but they wouldn't even look at my claim, as they said it was too long ago (took loan out in 2002 and paid off in 2007) Hope you have better luck, I'm trying to decide what to do now. :undecided0
