Eon in credit

It is what they (may) owe you but make sure the meter readings they use correctly correspond to what your meters actually say. Either you are due a generous windfall and reduced instalment or you need to submit actual actual reads and a bump back down to earth.
Read what your meters readings are and compare with your bill.
But chances are you are indeed owed a thousand pounds.0 -
Thanks I will try to figure out gas meter reading ,just checked electricity and that is correct , I was only wondering because it says £990 CR0

Hi lilyjay76
As Nada666 says, make sure the account is billed up to date and to the correct meter readings.
At this point, any credit on the account is yours.
Depending on when the annual review of your payment arrangement is, I'd expect there to be some credit. This is to go towards covering your usage up to the review.
Our aim is to achieve as near to a zero balance as possible by the time of the annual review.
However, unless you're a particularly high user, nearly a grand does sound a lot of credit. I'd ask for a review of the arrangement and take it from there.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any more information as happy to help.

Hi lilyjay76
Once confirmed, a refund can be sent back to your bank via the Direct Debit arrangement. They usually hit accounts within 5 working days.
