Hello people, I need some kind of discount as I need to purchase a ticket for my journey on Friday but ideally don't want to pay their rip off prices!

If anyone knows of any discounts codes I would be grateful, also posted on discount codes and vouchers but thought someone here may know something?!

That code doesn't actually do anything for you - it's just a gimmick to draw attention to their first minute fares which you can buy at exactly the same price without the code.

Friday's a bit near for first minute fares but there might be some if you are lucky. What's your actual journey - there might be other ways of reducing the cost?

Oh. I normally I don't leave it last minute but been a bit busy recently.

you may be better of to book 2 singles, but its quite close to the date as they go on sale up to 12 weeks in advance and your travelling on popular days. how old are you? it might be worth your while getting a young person railcard if your between 16 - 25
