Has tax been taken?

I have had an offer from RBS :j
PPI refund and associated interest paid to date £13732.55
Gross interest and statutory rate added for each over payment from the date of payment date £9029.60
Less income tax (20%) £1805.92
Net interest £7223.68

Net offer £20956.23

So is that what I get have they actually deducted all the tax from the amount?

Income tax 1805.00 paid. RBS take the tax and it saves you having to deal with that side and declare to tax man.
