Really REALLY loud alarm clock required

Options
I used to have a SE800i phone which on the "letterbox" tune used to wake me up (and whoever is in the next room too) However - I don't have it any more so I have found myself sleeping a tad later than I should with my new phone's pathetic wee alarm.

So - does anyone have any recommendation for any earth shatterers capable of wakening the dead? :D
I have no more money to give - all you companies out there - do your worst - I give in!! :(

I got a one that would waken the dead a couple of years ago from Argos.
Chose it by looking in the specs for 'high volume' or 'extra loud' or something like that. My next door neighbour can hear it when we both have our bedroom windows open, but doesn't mind thank goodness. I think it cost me 5.99
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • My neighbours on one side are complete !!! holes so I wouldn't mind annoying them - the other side is my elderly deaf uncle who'll not hear it :D

Thanks -I'll have a look at Argos :D

  • Hi
My grandad was a very VERY heavy sleeper. When the factory he worked in was getting a new fire alarm system he asked if he could have one of the bells which was over a foot in diameter, he wired it up to a mains timer and shoved the lot under the bed.

Guaranteed to wake the dead within a mile radius.

Put your phone (or any old alarm clock) into a tin (like a biscuit or cake storage tin) leave the lid off and point the open end of the tin towards your ear - when the alarm rings, the sound will be amplified and will hopefully do the trick.
