Ofgem seem to be debunking an argument by Npower that energy suppliers make small profits, and have little control over customer bills and suggest that some of Npower's data used to try and show this was "incorrect and misleading".

Of course I don't know if Ofgem are right (can't find anything on the Ofgem website), but Npower is a company (amongst others) that has pocketed millions of pounds from the reduction in green energy tarriffs for fixed rate customers by not passing them on.

A company with the highest number of complaints. You only have to read through the threads here to see what is going on.

I do hope some serious action is taken by the Government or Ofgem against this disgrace of a company.
