where can I get a cheap net for a balloon race

We are doing a charity balloon race and need a net for approx 1000 balloons. I know lots of people do these and must have nets, but haven't a clue where to find one. Obviously because it is for charity we don't want to outlay money to buy one unless we really have to. The ideal solution would be to borrow one, but don't know how to find someone who would have one. Any clues please. Thanks
