Mortgage declined due to many searches - how long to re apply?

    I too am not sure why you are plugging the same lender group. I would fancy solutions based upon the information provided, but not necessarily where you are currently looking.

    PDL was 10 months ago but is NOT showing on equifax so i need a lender who does this for a credit search correct?

    Dave what other lenders would you suggest? i was going to try rbs because the advisor i as in contact it told me they would not see the PDL because they use Equifax

    Forget applying to random banks and go to see a good local independent mortgage broker.

    You will have far better chances if you do because they will know the different lenders criteria like the back of their hands.

    i am in contact with 1 though who suggested first stop was at rbs? which contradicts what people are saying on here?

    I vote people on here know more.

    Remember the people in Natwest/RBS can only suggest solutions involving Natwest/RBS

    Given the payday loan sensitivity of Natwest/RBS, that would not be high up on any lender selection in these circumstances..

    this person is not involved with natwest, he has been reffered to me by the estate agent seling the house. it was only once i told him of the PDL he suggested rbs

    Aha - killer information provided that this is an Estate Agent adviser.

    I cannot think of anything more reckless for you to mention payday loans and them to mention the most anti payday loan mortgage lender group..
