Stopped All My Benefits - Apparently I Don't Live In My Home

Hello! I was wondering if you could give me some help.
I phoned up last night to question why my Child Benefit wasn't scheduled to go in for them to tell me post has been returned from this address which is absolute rubbish - we have received all post and not received anything from them.
After being on the phone on 2 occasions from them they have only told me that they will look into it, but won't reinstate benefits until then because of the 'returned post' - and they won't give me a date.
If they don't pay my benefits then I won't be able to pay my mortgage and will lose my house - I know this seems dramatic but it's the truth!
Is there a way of making them reinstate my benefits ASAP? I feel like I'm being treated like a fraudulent claimer

I'm presumimg as you only mentioned it having an impact on your mortgage you will be fine for living expenses, food etc. Call your mortgage company and explain you will be paying this months payment but it will be late..not too sure but i don't think they can start reposession procceding until 6 months of non payment.0

Hi - it's child benefit and Widowers benefit as well.
I can survive on the food I get from my work as part of the job, but no, it would also mean that I wouldn't be able to pay for anything. I have 32p in my account, and am having to ask my friend for a lift to work tomorrow as I can't afford the fare in.0 -
Its rare for child benefit to write out to a customer, its a bit early for the annual uprating letter and with CHB not going up this year most probably one doesn't even go out, have you had a change of circumstance at all?0

Lots of things might have happened. Mail delivered to the wrong address and then returned marked "not known" without noticing a different address on the envelope, for example.
What can you do that proves you are still living there?
Electricity or gas bill with a consumption level that shows the place is occupied and the bill is in your name?
Best to provide something like that rather than wait.0
