RBS offer letter

Hi
I have submitted a complaint to RBS and they have accepted my claim for PPI compensation. They have so far said they have sent out 2 offer letters and its been over 3 weeks now and non of the letters are arriving at the two addresses I have given. I have called them about it and they just tell me to wait 10 days. Well the first letter they sent is now 3 weeks late and the other is almost 10 days. Surely the 2nd class mil should not take that long. They keep telling me to wait until the 10 days is up and then if not received, request another. Is this a delay tactic or what. Can anyone suggest what I can do as they just keep fobing me off with excuses. Thanks

Maybe they prepared your letter on their systems but it had to go through quality assurance checks and other processes before it physically left their premises. Don't forget its 10 working days, so I'd wait till then before chasing it up. Hope it turns up soon.

Ask them to e mail them they did when I asked.
Also please note RBS take the tax out and will pay in two installments interest figure and insurance and sometimes not at the same time . There was three or four days in my case.
When I saw the interest figure it threw me at first so I rang them and they said the balance would follow .
