Whats happening with my broadband speed??

I am beginning to lose patience with my internet connection!!

I am with Talktalk and every 3 or 4 days my connection slows down even slower than my old dial up connection.

I am using vista home premium and a linksys wag354g modem router and at the moment my download speed is averaging 20 kb/s ??

This time last week i was getting somewhere above 300 kb/s!! (using http://www.btopenworld.com/speedtest)

General surfing has slowed down as well is anyone else experiencing problems or just me??

I have reset my router,upgraded firmware and there is still no difference.

LLU has taken place do i have to change any settings in my router?

Does anyone have any suggestions or do i have to sit with it and wait till it sorts itself out?

have you checked your physical conections? all small lengths of wire. connected to the master socket? wired/wireless

everything seems o.k connection wise.

the strange thing is it only goes slow for a day or so then it flies again!

will plug router into master downstairs and stick a wireless card in p.c to see if that cures it.
