When I send of my documents to them do I need to send the originals or can I just send copies?? They have asked for the below.
1. licence/passport
2. bank/cc/utility

Probably best to ring the and ask, they probably want originals or certified copies, which are copies signed by professional people which could be a solicitor, doctor etc though most of these people would now charge for it unless you know someone.
If you send originals of passport or licence then they need to be sent registered or recorded to ensure they don't get lost and you get them back, mbna should do the same for their return.0
