<Energy complaints information compiled by Consumer Futures> shows that npower continues to receive the highest number of complaints (253.1 per 100,000 customers), around eight times more than the best performing company, placing it bottom of the Big Six energy suppliers over the period July to September 2013.

Commenting on the complaints data, Audrey Gallacher, Director of Energy at Consumer Futures said:
"It’s very disappointing to see that since our last reporting period (April – June 2013), complaints about npower have increased from 202.5 to 253.1* – a rise of 25 per cent, keeping it at bottom place."

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

And if you stay with them, I've little doubt it will go right back up again the minute your back is turned.
