Time Between Forum Searches

I often perform several forum searches, during my visits to MSE. Just recently, I've noticed that the following message crops up more and more:-
MSE Forums Message: This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds between searches. Please try again in ?? seconds.
Fine - if I haven't waited the 15 seconds but sometimes its been several minutes before I've started a new search.
Damned annoying - and I wondered if the MSE site can't cope with search requests sometimes...?

I wish this was reduced to 10secs or less.0
