Recommendations for USD cash card please

Hi all -

I'm looking for recommendations for a US cash card. My principle activity will be online shopping, and ideally I'd like to fund it from my USD PayPal balance.

Any tips?

    Try the readycard, you can load one at certain US airports

    You might need an SSN to activate it though

    Thanks for that. This is more something I want to use whilst in the UK - not really sure when my next trip to the US will be, but online shopping is pretty regular. Don't have an SSN.

    Any other thoughts?
