Hi, just need some advice please, as i recently ordered a handmade gate on the Internet, from someone, made to my required size.
I paid by card over the phone.
We discussed all my requirements, and on arrival the gate is poorly made, and has the braces the wrong way, which we discussed in detail, so i cant hang it. What are my rights, and if i return it tracked, how can i ensure a refund as was paid on my debit card? Thanks so much, Jane

Reject the goods under the sales of goods act for not being as described. The quality is much more subjective so focus on the braces not being where stated.
