Bank transfer times & lousy sites.

Am I the only one with a Northern Rock Silver Saver account who gets really angry at the way their site works?. I have to click so many times to get to the part I want and I am including in this the fact that when you click on a small link sign it might take three attempts before the hourglass appears. They give the impression that security is their main concern and yet one can look at another site whilst your account page is open. If this was done with a Smile account (and others) they would immediately close down.

There is definitely a price to pay for some of these better rate accounts and I am beginning to think it is not worth it.

Last week I instructed Saffron W Bldg Society to transfer money to NR and it is still not in my account. I thought the FSA were looking into all this. Does any one know if they came to a conclusion and what it was?

Just had to get all this off my chest.
