Hi All, Just received 3rd letter from these cowboys which includes a ADR prior to court proceedings,do I ignore this like the previous letters? The original PCN was issued after parking in a disabled bay at my local B & Q store, and not displaying my Mother in laws (she was with me)blue badge,as I was under the impression that only the Police and Council can legally request displaying a Blue Badge, and not free private car parks.Any comments greatly appreciated.

Some interesting new posts tonight!
Why would you have ignored the PCN seeing as we've not advised ignoring these for the best part of a year?
What do you mean 'includes an ADR'. Do you mean a LBC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Alternative Dispute Resolution, I'll treat it in the same way as the other speculative invoices and ignore, then wait for my day in court,if they decide to persue it that far !0

I know what 'ADR' stands for - we mention it a lot on here. No idea which ADR you are talking about though if not POPLA - which is what you should be pushing for (and what you should have already used ages ago to beat this).
No-one ignores these fake PCNs now, except in Scotland/NI. As discussed in every current thread.
If you have a Letter before County Court Claim you need to read the sticky threads, there's one all about fighting LBCCCs.
And what happened when you complained to B&Q or the Retail park Management company about their agent? As per another sticky thread about 'Successful Complaints about PPCs'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
