Readycash Account

hi

I was wondering if someone could help, I'am going to open a readycash account tomorrow, I gave them my ID and they where happy.

However they want to see my current bank statements, I don't understand why, its not mentioned on there leaflet as required etc etc

The problem is i'am in o/d (payplan are writing to them), will this stop me getting the account?

it is there system, if you want a readycash account and have an existing bank acc then they want to see my 3 months bank statements, they then said they have the right to decline my application re bank statements.

also they said I could'nt use my print out from the halifax it would have to be from halifax direct (i'am a paperless customer)

back to the drawing board, they made me feel like i was a peace of muck!

that was not what happened to me, they didnt ask to see bank statements. they just asked my reasons and if it was okay to look at my credit file which i gave them permission to do. i was truthful from start to finish and got the account no problems. Interesting you were treated like that, perhaps you should try my branch.
