Recommendation for Thermal Imaging Survey

I've got a 12 year old which is a bit draughty I've tried to seal up as many of the gaps etc in the house as I can. I've added extra loft insulation, put in a new insulated loft hatch, but we can still feel the cold air.
Double glazing sales advisors tell us its the windows and we need to spend around £8,000.
So before I splash out can anyone recommend a company in the West Midlands that can carry out a good thermal imaging survey so I can find out the areas of the house the cause heat loss.
