I stoped paying into it a good few years ago and completley forgot about it until the cheque came in.
One minuite I am one side of the fence the next on the other.
If the money was for me I would hand it straight over its my dept and I should pay what I can.
But in my head its hers and I would be taking it from her to pay my debt
The IP do not ask for any bank details just wage slips.
So I have no clue if they would know or not.
If I just did not cash it would any one know it was there.
I still have 2 years to go on my iva,0 -
Pay it into a savings account and wait for your iva to finish, it will be for your daughter when she is 18 instead of 16.
They will only ask you for it at review/completion time....if nothing is said then thumbs up."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0
