MBNA PPI what a fiasco

after trying to claim my ppi off them and being rejected,i notified the ombudsman and they upheld my claim,MBNA continues to drag its feet over repaying the premiums.this has gone on since April last year.
the amount of the ppi works out to a few hundred pounds but they continue to come up with excuse after excuse as to why they wont repay.
TODAY i have received a ppi statement which had my employment status down as other,when am actually in full time employment and to top it off they have claimed £175.85 in the last year for ppi.when i cancelled it in April of last year when i rung to ask why they rejected my ppi reclaim,before i contacted the ombudsman.
i rung them today and surprise,surprise they dont have a record of me cancelling the policy.
IS there anything i can do?:mad:
