Just after not advice, but to put my mind at rest until tomorrow.
Our 10 year old mini schnuazer has a history of high liver enzymes and is on dietary food for this. Anyway, this evening I spotted a bruise on her stomach just at the top of her leg. We thought it was mud at first but after cleaning the area (which she didn't protest at) it hasn't shifted. We haven't seen her injure the area at all.
Making an appointment at our vets tomorrow, but I guess I just want to sleep easy knowing she'll be fine or whether I'm overreacting?

I can't help, but just wanted to wish you luck at the vets and woofs from my two minis.:)0

It could possibly be where she has licked too enthusiastically ?
It is hard waiting to see the vet, isn't it ? I dread MOT time, now my cavaliers are both ten.0 -
Thank you both. She also went to the vets for a check up on a sebaceous cysts and they reckon the 'bruising' is from where she is licking the cyst too much. So they're going to remove that and a large fatty lump that she has had for a while.
Thanks for caring
