Parking Eye - Court Going Ahead

My girlfriend (as keeper) and I are currently doing battle with Parking Eye. Perhaps stupidly, we have submitted our defence to the Court in a rush before seeking much advice.
We were working on the lines of all the info that was once commonplace on Watchdog, etc. To ignore them. ie. before all the new advice to appeal.
We have just received a copy of the full "claim" back by Parking eye, amounting to a LOT of pages. In amongst all their arguments and rebuttals they have submitted to the court, they free admit that a small percentage of the "Parking Charge" is profit. Before I get to in-depth on here, can anyone advise on what might happen next? A court date? And is anyone knowledgable enough with enough time or inclination to help?I'm not sure I should post too much detail here. I'm in Kent.
Our case, especially with the sheer amount of arguments submitted to the court, seems different to all others I've read up about.

I did put a whole section with links there in the thread linked above, for court cases. Should help to point you in the right direction, snipercwf. Have you still got time to submit a proper skeleton defence as per the prankster's guide? If not, you are likely to be another victim ordered to pay £200.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your case is no different - they always do this. How close is your court hearing now? Please pm me for some info for you to send your court to add to your defence. There is so much the Judge should know before your case is heard and we are winning more cases now that defendants are learning certain arguments to use. Have you got the Parking Prankster's Guide now, as linked in the 'small claims' section of the 'Newbies read these FAQs first' sticky thread?PRIVATE 'PCN'?
