Hi all

Cant get access to my Callcredit file but the other 2 are OK.

Csn anybody confirm if Halifax use Call Credit on there search for a Mortgage

Most lenders for a mortgage search all 3 files.

What is the difficulty getting your callcredit file? Have you tried sending in a written statutory request for your file with the £2 fee? and/or tried registering with noddle for free?

Call Credit have suspended my account for security reasons due to 2 email addresses. Ive been waiting for a default to fall of, it has on Ex and Eq but just want to make sure its dropped of CC.

Its unlikely not to have dropped off callcredit if it has off the others. (equifax is usually the one which is slow after the 6year period).

However for a mortgage application I wouldn't risk it but would double check first and order the statutory report by post (as that won't be affected by a suspended online account).

Yes but only gives it you monthly. I need daily info
