Has anyone ever won by Retweeting?

I've won a few times. Can't remember when I retweeted. Think I'm going to do an experiment and retweet near the comps end and see if it makes a difference.

In the last week I've won a 64gb jumpdrive and a £10 pet shop voucher from retweets. Both were retweeted at the begining of the competition period.

over 6500 tweets and ive won 3 times in the past 11 months on twitter all from retweets , some ugg boots ,cbeebies octinauts goodies and McAfee virus protection not my most successful entering method but i still plod away,i usually enter the day before closing

Most Twitter comps use a # for picking up comp entries so when you RT they search for the # a litterally hundreds come up, you just then scroll through for the winner.

I have over 200,000 tweets and generally only ever tweet the original competition tweet, i had 87 twitter wins last year, 74 the year before and 81 the year befor that. Unless otherwise stated i follow the rule of one entry per person, if it says multiple entries i type my own tweet.

Interested to know if those that win a lot by retweeting reply to the tweet or just retweet?

I retweet, my last TW win was just before Christmas and the retweet was an early one out of the 600+ that there were.
