Breakfree and Haven problem

Hi - I am so annoyed! Can anyone advise me on the legal situation for the following. I booked and paid for a 4 night Monday to Friday break at Haven Lydstep Beach Caravan Park via Breakfree Holidays website. It is booked from 28th April. I was really looking forward to this as we have tried to get into this caravan park many times and I booked it last year - August 2013 in fact.
I have had a phone call today from Haven to say that unfortuantely, since i booked it, they have decided it is an 'owners only' resort and they have sold the caravans to private owners and we can no longer go there. They have offered me a refund or a change to another park (which is not as nice).
I particularly wanted this park. I took her number and said I would get back to her. In the meantime I checked to see if I could still book Lydstep Beach on the Haven website. there is a message on there saying that this site is being upgraded to one of their 'select sites' and I would be able to book it at a later date.
So I am guessing that Haven have upgraded the park and do not want me to go there as I had it for a bargain price? Is there any way I can make them stick to the contract I had with them?
Any advice gratefully received before I reply to them....

Your options are limited to the offers made by them - and there is little hope you can force them to honour the original booking. If you discover that they misled you after-the-event, your options are still open to pursue them for your loss of holiday due to their deception and a SC action worth a punt.0

Thanks. i might give it a go - threatening them with the small calims court? You never know they might agree to honour it.0

Hum - interesting - having looked at the haven website it does seem they are trying to redo their branding and make some parks more "exclusive / select " BUT the fact that the general public can still book these parks (at some point in the future) means they are not "owner exclusive" as you say they said to you in the phone conversation.
I would stick it out and say you still want to stay their as you booked it in good faith (they should not have put that park into the promotion if it would not be available) they have to honour the booking or else you will get legal advise etc....
