Bond Of Caution Insurance

Hi Guys,,,
I am having problems getting cheep insurance for my mothers estate. I have recently been given guardianship for my mothers estate, and i have to get insurance for this, which is called Bond of Caution. I am finding it verry dificult to get a reasonable insurance policy. There is only one or two companies who do this insurance,and they are both over £1100 for my mothers estate, which is about £200,000.???????
