DFS - Delivery nightmare

Endless problems with DFS since ordering
Supposed to deliver last week – phoned me at 2pm said on way never showed up, countless phone calls back and forth to the store and head office promising me wouldn’t be long – waited till 8pm and gave up.
Found out driver blew his headlights so couldn’t deliver (all it would have took is a phonecall to let me know that)
Redelivered Saturday and the chair is in a state – 2 feet of the chair are missing the other 2 are scratched and damaged. Rip along the leather lining and mud along the rim of the chair
Phoned and they have promised a call back this afternoon
What rights do I have, I don’t want to wait another 8 weeks for a new chair. I cant even sit in the dam thing as not steady. Should I claim for compensation (had to take days off work etc) any advice would be greatly appreciated
