Hi guys
This is my first post so please be patient with me
I'm wanting to pay my wage (direct from my employee) into my Santander cash isa account
Now it's only a small amount each month that will be paid in (about £300 pm)
Is this possible as I can't find anywhere on the web & Santander are fairly useless...
Thanx in advance x

While it's possible it's a bad idea.
Variation to your wages could take you over the annual ISA limit. Should this happen the chances of your monthly wage vanishing in to a clearing account for a few days is high.

If you mean that you want to pay £300pm into your ISA but your wage is more than that, then surely what you want/need to do is pay all your wage into a bank account and then transfer the £300 into the Santander ISA from there? Not sure exactly which ISA you have with them but the Ts & Cs of their current Direct ISA Saver (issue 5) state that "Deposits are allowed at any time via standing order, one-off payments or internet transfer" so you have a number of options....0

Hi guys
There's no chance of the amount changing from the £300 pm, & the current amount on an isa is £5760..
Think it may me easier just to transfer from my current account than have it paid directly into the isa!!
I'm not up on all the financial gobblydegoop but thought it may be easier...
Thanx for yr input guys really appreciated0
