Advice please

Hello there,

I brought an item on eBay for a few hundred pounds in March, the item stated a three year warrantee.

Back in November the item broke, the company I brought it from we're quick to reply, fairly helpful and asked it to be returned via courier.

I returned the item through the courier that they asked, the communications soon broke down after that, now they won't answer the phone or respond to emails.

So I have contacted my bank & paypal both saying they can't help and I should try the other.

So I am looking for some advice, where do I go from here?

Any help appreciated

    So you paid via paypal from a bank account ?
    Are the company still in business - are they still advertising items on eBay ?
    Do you have proof the item was returned to the company ?

    Yes it was a eBay purchase, paid through paypal from a bank acc.

    The company still trading but under a different name on eBay.

    Yes the item was sent back through a courier and have a receipt from them.
