UKCPS PCN parked kerbside on a street

One more question- this whole remark made by landowner about 2 wheels on the road and 2 wheels on the path being classed as "kerbside" and not technically on his land, is this a point to argue in my letter or not?0
-
it wont matter to UKCPS , although it may matter if it ever went to court
the council issue tickets from the kerbside and up to the edge of the pavement usually (so up to the private land)
sounds to me as if half your car was on private land and half on council land , and none of it under the control of UKCPS
in any case, the reasons you will win this are the 3 appeal points in the template I posted , probably the no contract or the not a gpeol (gpeol usually wins at popla)
so I doubt it matters and you really need cancellation or a popla code asap0

            Ok great. Thanks.
I plan to write the letter tomorrow.
Received my NTK dated 14th jan 2013 so I have plenty time if I post this week0

            Hi,
I've just noticed on my NTK that they've got the time on my all edged offence as 00:00. There's no possible way anyone was driving the car at that time! Shall I mention this in the appeal?
 Thanks0

            You STILL haven't appealed yet?
Just get it in! It doesn't really matter WHAT you write in the appeal - they almost certainly won't cancel the ticket based on the appeal to PPC. But you WILL win at POPLA.
So stop prevaricating and procrastinating - GET THAT APPEAL DONE! 0 0

Another poster said the same about a UKCPS Notice to Keeper. It will be a useful point at POPLA stage but not now - just SEND the appeal by post QUICKLY.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

            Hi guys,
Just wanted to say thank you for your help for this. Received a letter today from UKCPS to say they'd cancel the PCN and would remove my details from their system! Think they realised they'd dropped a clanger with the times0
