Abbey - Mortgage + Top-Up

I got a mortgage and top-up loan with Abbey, I can't remember when. I know I had PPI, and that I had to have it to borrow the money. The only document I've found so far is a letter with my new mortgage rate for 2009, which includes my "mortgage number", and on which I have made a note of the settlement figure for when I sold the house. Do I have enough information to find out if I have a claim
