ctc and wtc amount

Hi all

I have recently changed my tax credit claim as have got married, my claim will now be for a couple, 4 children all in education, my husband is working 35+ hours a week and his income for 12/13 was £18, 000. I am no longer working due to relocating. My claim hasnt been processed yet but on a beneffit checker, it says we arent entitled to working tax credit and the ctc has gone down even though an extra child is now on the claim? Can anyone give me some idea of amounts if they have the same family size/income.

Thanks in advance for your responses

    when did you stop working?
if it was recently, then your combined earnings since aprol 13 may be the reason that ctc hasnt gone up.
it may change in april though

so thats 8 months of your earnings on top of your hudbands.
thats probably why ctc havent increased .
the cut off for wtc is around 18k, so your earnings are also the reason why you arent entitled at the moment.
try again in april when you will be allowed to make an estimate of this years income.
